Livestock Processing

We process Beef, Pork, Lamb, Goat and Buffalo.


Please be aware that ALL livestock must be in sound condition, with no known diseases, and must be able to walk in on their own. We DO NOT except downers or dead livestock for processing. You may skin, quarter and ice down livestock and it will be handled like wild game, but this is not recommended. This should only be done for those accidental cases where the meat would be edible and the last resort to salvage the product.

We have adequate facilities to hold livestock with fresh water, feed, and roughage.

All meat will be dressed, chilled, custom cut to your specifications, vacuum packaged, and blast frozen. Please let us know how you want your meat processed after we receive it so we can assure that you get those custom cuts.

All animals are processed separately and tracked throughout the process to assure that you get the animal that you dropped off. 

All dressed weights are performed on scales Certified by the Texas Dept. of Agriculture.
